We Remember December 28th.

It has been 3 years since the disappearance of Phylicia Simone Barnes, and today we remember her.  December 28th 2010 was the day that she disappeared without a trace.  Many gathered together today at the last place that Phylicia Barnes was seen or heard from on this day 3 years ago. There were members of Phylicia’s family, local churches, and members of the Baltimore Chapter of the Guardian Angels who came together this afternoon at 1pm to honor her memory with the uplifting of prayers and a release of 20 balloons to symbolize the age Phylicia would turn in January.
